Hi , If you go onto the SEPT website there is a link that says info 4u , click on that and you will see a list of mental illness's of which bipolar is one. Has your sister in law got a care co ordinator? because they can be a great source for info. Are you your sister in laws carer? I have a sister with Bipolar so I know how difficult things can be.
